Major Principles:
-The highest HSE responsible is the Chairman,
-HSE is integral part of operational responsibility.
-Each Operational Site Manager is formally nominated as Responsible Safety Environment on Site (RSES) by the CPTL Chairman.
-The HSE Department has the responsibility to manage the improvement in HSE on behalf of the Chairman.
-The HSE personnel on Sites have the same duty on behalf of the RSES.
-Emergency Response means and organization are permanently maintained.
In two words:
-Operational Hierarchy manages the safety.
-HSE entities manage the safety improvement.
